Apple-Almond CupCake

Hello All, Day before yesterday, we went to walmart, and my little 1 had a new demand. Out of blue, she started asking me cupcake liners. I thought ok, she wanted to play something with these liners, so got a pack for her of her choice. This is the one she chooses for herself. It was still ok for me. The Actual demand started, when we reached home, " Mamma, I want to make cupcake. I know u r tired, but don't you worry, I will make it myself. I have an idea, and we can work accordingly." It is her idea to make Apple-Almond cupcake. She also did 1 trick, she told me as she don't like apple, why not grind them and put them in the batter. She even told me, it will be easy way to give apple to the kids, who do not like apple but love cupcakes. I liked the idea, but instead of grinding them I thought grating the apples will taste much better. So, here is the recipe for you guys. Enjoy.. Republic Day - Republic Day in India is celebrated on 26th January of every year. India gained its independence on 15 August 1947, after which the process of preparing a constitution was started. The Constitution was passed on 26 November 1949 in the Constituent Assembly. It was adopted on 26 January 1950 with a democratic government system, when the country became a republic in true sense. 26 January was selected, because it was this day in 1930 when the Declaration of Indian Independence was passed. Yesterday night, my husband told me , he wanted to have choley- bhaturey tomorrow morning. But, at the time I was busy in some work, and didn't payed much attention to his words, and results I forgot to make a dough, as well as even forgot to soak the Kabuli Channa, also known as Garbanzo Beans. Now, in the morning when I got up I suddenly remembered his words. I went for work. I knew, if I work smartly, I can make it by lunch time. Here, is the what I did. Enjoy your favorite dish instantly. All u need is 4 hours time and all the ingredients available at home. Ingredients for 4 people -  For Choley - Garbanzo Beans ( kabuli Channa) - 4 handfuls Onion - 1 (medium) Garlic- 4 cloves (peeled) Ginger - 1 inch (peeled) Tomato - 1 (medium) Cilantro - 1/2 cup ( chopped) Salt to taste Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder- 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp ( or according to your taste) Whole Pepper corns (Khadi Kali Mirch) - 8-10 seeds Cumin seeds
